The belt filter press contains several rollers of different diameters. The main dewatering roller is porousand it's manufactured by grade 304 stainless steel, while other rollers are made of high quality seamless steel tubes covered with rubber with the thickness of 8 to 20mm.
Transmission system
The transmission system of our belt press consists of transmission shaft,cycloidal pinwheel speed reducer and sealed bearing with housing. The transmission shaft is covered with high quality natural rubber to increase the coefficient of friction during transmission. A cycloidal pinwheel reducer from a well-known Chinese supplier is adopted.A frequency converter is used to control the motor speed,ensuring stable speed regulation for the belt.
The pneumatic correction system for our belt press takes advanage of air cylinder, solenoid valve, proximity switch and other components to automatically track and correct the belt position. This system features sensitive action,reliable performance as well as long service life, and the belt is centered with a position error of less than 15mm in most cases.
Discharge Unit
The scraper is manufactured by polyoxymethylene(POM),and it is used to take down the finished cake from the dewatering equipment. It does little damage to the belt during working and the working pressure is adjustable.
The filter belt is woven by polyester monofilament and subject to thermal setting. Its edges are wrapped by plastic tape to realize double strengthening effect.
