Centralized Electrical Control System
The entire dewatering system is controlled by a power control cabinet that adopts manual contactor control or PLC.This control cabinet supplies power to the main dewatering machine and its auxiliary devices,such as mixer,conveyor,sludge pump, washing pump, polymer pump, air compressor etc.In addition, it also offers protections when short circuit,overload,overheat and other undesired phenomena take place.
On the two sides of our belt press, there are safety fences and warning signs to protect people from potential danger. The emergency reaction system contains electrically controlled limit switch and pull switch,and this system could monitor all actions during belt adjustment. When the error of belt position is beyond the allowed tolerance during centering operation, the limit switch is activated to stope the belt press filter.
Belt washing system
The belt washing system comprises connection pipe,spray nozzle,roller brush, valve,water shield and filter.The spray nozzle is made of grade 304 stainless steel, and each nozzle could be cleaned or replaced individually. With the help of this system,the belt filter press is able to continuously and effectively eliminate the remaining mud on the belt.
Double row self-aligning cylindrical roller bearings are adopted by this solid liquid separation equipment. They have large loading capacity and long service life.
